Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations envisaged for the processing are:

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the USER’s consent: sending of commercial communications and newsletters.
For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to carry out market studies, statistical analysis, and to process orders and requests made by the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements for their retention. Once no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No data communications to third parties are planned, except if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights of the USER are:
– The right to withdraw consent at any time.
– The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
– The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

By ticking the corresponding checkboxes and filling in data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact forms or download forms, USERS expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary for their request to be attended to by the provider, and that providing data in other fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all requested data through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all the data are not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.
- SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data for which they are responsible, and clearly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR: processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
