Carlos combines both the theory and the practice of Public Affairs, as he has experienced politics from both sides. Meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to the preparation of reports, opinions and storytelling, he has specialized himself in the energy sector and in projects linked to the circular economy. Always with a steady pace, Carlos has the ability to find “that” differential factor in favor of the client.

Graduate in Information Sciences and Master in Marketing. Former member of the Basque Parliament and of the Board of Directors of EITB, the Basque regional media network. His more than 30 years of political experience make Carlos an expert on the Spanish political system and in political analysis.
