David Alcobendas

Partner and Regulatory Affairs Director

David leads the largest department within Estrategos. He directs his team like a large and perfectly synchronized orchestra, to monitor and analyze national, regional and local legislation, which provides support to all of our projects. David’s professional career has flourished in the complexity of special taxes and hyper-regulated sectors. He leads different projects related to the food industry, mobility and circular economy.

David holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Management and Administration. His previous experience, as a legal technician in the Spanish Parliament and as a lawyer, have made him a specialist in regulatory and parliamentary procedures, with a rigorous and methodical attitude.
